Très aléatoire. De temps en temps, j’ai l’occasion de parler à une réceptionniste agréable, et une fois, j’ai reçu de bons soins d’un médecin.
Le NHS EST FINI ! Je suis entré dans un cabinet VIDE avec ma fille de 3 ans après avoir été en attente pendant 2 heures ! Les réceptionnistes SUSAN ET TIGGY devraient avoir honte d'eux-mêmes. Des réceptionnistes robotisés MANQUANT D'EMPATHIE HUMAINE DE BASE pour un ENFANT en détresse ! M'a accusé d'être abusif après avoir refusé de m'aider !! HONTE à vous deux !
Je suis patient à Northbourne depuis plus de 20 ans. C'est la première fois qu'IAM fait un commentaire négatif. Les médecins et les infirmières sont superbes, ils font tout leur possible pour aider. Jusqu'à aujourd'hui, j'ai ressenti la même chose à propos des dames à la réception. MAIS la dame …
