Very hit & miss. Occasionally you get to speak to a pleasant receptionist, and once I’ve had good care from a Doctor.
NHS IS FINISHED! Walked into an EMPTY surgery with my 3 year old daughter after being on hold for 2 hours! Receptionists SUSAN AND TIGGY ought to be ashamed of themselves. Robotic receptionists LACKING BASIC HUMAN EMPATHY for a distressed CHILD! Accused me of being abusive after they refused to help!! SHAME on you both!
