Je n'arrive même pas à obtenir un rendez-vous. J'ai essayé ce matin, j'ai appelé à plusieurs reprises pendant plus d'une heure car la ligne était occupée, mais on m'a dit d'appeler à 14h30 car tous les rendez-vous étaient terminés. La même situation s'est répétée toutes les minutes alors que je travaillais pendant plus d'une heure pour pouvoir passer à nouveau et qu'on me dise d'appeler demain à 8h30 ou 14h30. Un désastre absolu !!
