Can't even get an appointment I've been trying this morning rang repeatedly for over an hour as line was busy only to be told to call at 2:30 as all appointments were gone. Same situation redailed every minute whilst I was working for over an hour to get through again to be told to call tomorrow at 8:30 or 2:30. Absolute shambles!!
