Website says ring between 8am and 6pm to arrange appointment. This is wrong. Told on phone to "ring before 8am and keep hitting redail and hope you beat the queue" - and you cannot make an advance appointment for a few day or even a week …
When the receptionist hangs up on you for no reason after saying unfortunately there's nothing i can do for you, I think its really unprofessional. I wasnt rude or anything, I was just asking for some advice on a ear problem that i had for 2 weeks and wasnt getting any better. Very rude person
