When I first walked in I was greeted in a friendly, approachable way. Optian was friendly and explained everything clearly. Choose my new glasses with assistance from one of the lovely staff members. Collected my glasses a week later, service again was friendly and helpful. Thankyou for a pleasant experience. Will definitely return
I always find the staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful, some of the nicest people I speak to. On top of that, the store itself is always clean, spacious and well lit as well as being easy to find. Also, I received plenty of reminders of my appointment via email, messages and even phone calls. Overall, very pleased
The staff were very friendly, as soon as we walked in they gave us their full attention and put my son at ease. The optician was helpful, clear, and explained everything he was doing to my son in a way he would understand. Also giving him advice and offering support when he realised he needed glasses.
