Un membro dello staff mi diceva di smettere di fare domande anche se avevo prenotato appuntamento. Sono stato dimenticato e costretto ad aspettare mentre gli altri potevano avere i loro appuntamenti. Il personale non si è scusato per il fatto che ero stato dimenticato e avevo l'appuntamento ma non erano contenti di me perché ho chiesto perché ero stato dimenticato.
