Ma mère souffre de démence et a fait une mauvaise chute, nous n'avons pas pu obtenir de rendez-vous pendant 3 semaines, pas chez l'infirmière, j'ai attendu près d'une heure jusqu'à présent, c'est dégoûtant, j'ai d'abord pris un adolescent, vous êtes mobile et vous auriez dû être emmené aux urgences, ma mère est importante aussi !!!!!!
