Mon père de 87 ans a fait sa prise de sang aujourd'hui… et Baz Mohammed était brillant, calme et très respectueux. Il peut être très difficile de trouver une veine et cela provoque des ecchymoses… il a tout fait avec facilité.

Cet endroit était complètement horrible. Je n'arrive même pas à trouver les mots justes pour décrire l'immaturité du réceptionniste ou à quel point il est incroyablement grossier. Il n’y a qu’un seul médecin qui se soucie vraiment de ses patients, et elle est tellement occupée qu’elle ne peut pas…
