Le médecin a commencé par me dire qu'elle ne pouvait pas m'aider et m'a dit d'aller en privé. Avant de proposer toute sorte d'options et alors que j'étais totalement poli et bien élevé, on m'a raconté comment d'autres s'étaient plaints auprès d'elle alors qu'elle ne pouvait pas le faire…
Les réceptionnistes sont gentils mais les médecins eux-mêmes sont inutiles, combatifs et ignorent activement les informations envoyées par d'autres professionnels de santé via les canaux formels.
Être référé au Dr Mufti ici à Norton Place pour mes soins du diabète a complètement changé la donne après des années de lutte pour accéder au bon plan de soins, le Dr Mufti a immédiatement tout réglé.
