La dame à la réception était très gentille. Notre sage-femme, Debie est incroyable. Elle est vraiment fantastique. Son expérience et son approche des patients sont excellentes.

J'ai essayé d'appeler la salle de soins à partir de 12h24. Cela a sonné constamment jusqu'à 12h55 où j'ai été coupé. J'ai rappelé immédiatement et j'ai entendu un répondeur dire qu'ils étaient en train de déjeuner jusqu'à 13h30. J’ai rappelé de 13h30 à 14h26 le répondeur du déjeuner…
