Pour la deuxième fois, j'ai été vraiment impressionné par le Dr Sofia ! Elle a été incroyablement rassurante et a pris le temps d'écouter toutes mes préoccupations. Elle m'a tout expliqué clairement et simplement, ce qui m'a mis à l'aise. Son empathie et son professionnalisme…
Nous avons été envoyés à l'hôpital Royal South Hants ce soir à 111 heures après avoir expliqué que ma fille souffrait d'une blessure douloureuse à la cheville. Nous avons voyagé 30 minutes pour arriver à l'hôpital et sommes arrivés vers 21h30 alors que…
Horrible et dégoûtant. L'infirmière était très impolie et s'en fichait. Advised she isn’t an MRI scanner and it’s a Monday job (visited on a Saturday) reception were lovely but the clinical team were abysmal. Doctor walked in through the triage and the left the door open after he left so no privacy. Je n'y retournerai jamais. Unité vraiment sale.
