Je suis arrivé au rendez-vous 20 minutes plus tôt pour un rendez-vous pour une prise de sang le 18 septembre. Et l’infirmière a refusé de faire ma prise de sang. Si quelque chose arrive, c'est la preuve de son comportement non professionnel. C'est ainsi qu'ils traitent les gens.
