Communication absolument choquante, il m'a fallu plus d'une semaine pour obtenir mes médicaments, je les ai trompés et j'ai menti de manière flagrante. Les appels n'ont pas été retournés, ils sont allés à la réception, ont parlé à Gill, qui était dédaigneux, arrogant et carrément grossier et irrespectueux. …
