Nous avons eu des difficultés avec cette réceptionniste du cabinet qui n'était pas très serviable, cependant, j'ai parlé à Zoé ce matin dans l'équipe des prescriptions et elle était très gentille et extrêmement serviable. Nous avons résolu le problème à notre satisfaction
Papa devait recevoir un appel téléphonique (pas idéal) pour un examen du diabète. L'infirmière a dit qu'elle avait essayé d'appeler, aucun appel manqué, aucun message laissé !
Wes Streeting a annoncé le 1er octobre 2025 que tous les cabinets médicaux généralistes autoriseraient la prise de rendez-vous en ligne. J'ai essayé aujourd'hui et il n'y a rien, c'est-à-dire aucun rendez-vous au Garforth Medical Practice autre qu'une phlébotomie. A quoi ça sert une grande annonce gouvernementale alors que les pratiques ne sont clairement pas conformes.
