Je suis allé aux urgences à 8h00 ce matin avec une brûlure à la main. D’emblée, lors du premier bilan, on m’a donné une compresse froide. Et une infirmière attentive m'a apporté un pansement rafraîchissant pendant que j'attendais dans la salle d'attente, ce qui a immédiatement procuré un énorme soulagement à la douleur. Merci pour les excellents soins.
