The nurses team are truly exceptional. I was treated as an individual (not just a statistic) great sense of humour which made my appointment so much more relaxing, even to the point of enjoyment!
I was accommodated despite being 10 minutes late. The nurse was really friendly, reassuring and helpful, giving me extra advice and ensuring I had the right information about my medication.
