So impressed today, put 2 accrux request in. GP addressed both, in under a hour, resulting in bt and referral done. Also In December Pheobe and Sarah nurses, excellent handling of asthma review, changing meds and follow up.
Whilst I have always received good care from the medical team, I am currently waiting for the return of an insurance claim form which was submitted in October. I was advised it could take up to 12 weeks ! This has now been exceeded & despite numerous attempts to chase I have received nothing.
