Have sent 5 requests for a copy of my medical records. No reply and am still waiting. Its been a year, I lost my job becuase I couldnt prove my condition because they refuse to send any infomation to me.
Staff are always polite and kind. Never have an issue speaking to or seeing a nurse or doctor.
