Filled out online triage form 09.00 Thursday. Received call back 11.00 offering appointment at 15.45. Seen by excellent and sympathetic Doctor within 2 minutes of arrival. Antibiotics prescribed, collected by myself before 17.00 This is NHS as it should be. A big thank you to all concerned.
