I had a telephone appointment with Dr Ellis today and he was great. He was willing to discuss more than one problem I had which was much appreciated. He reminded me to book an appointment for cancer screening. I felt listened to and his suggestions of how he could help were sensible and took into account my opinions.

Never anwser phone never get appointment staff to busy gabbin away . Over 30 mins the other day on the phone. Absolute joke . Rang once while in reception n watched the staff ignore the phone and carry on talking
