Arrived at 9.15 yesterday morning and was given an appointment for 9.30. Saw a wonderful physio who sent me straight for an x-ray. No waiting for that, then waited in reception for about 30 minutes to be called back. Fantastic service, friendly and professional staff - can't fault them.
