I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Amanda for going out of her way twice for me. She is a very understanding and caring receptionist who truly cares about patients and will do what she can for them. A true asset to Riverside Family Practice.
Rang multiple times this week for test results caller number 1 in the queue 15 mins still no answer, so they have a new triage system where you fill a form after 8am so they can decide who is best to deal with your ailment, 5pm got a message saying they can't deal with my particular medical need
The reception team are amazing. Sometimes can be difficult to get appointment etc but the receptionist do try and help the patients
