Having to tell your whole story to an assistant before finally getting an appointment with a doctor is ridiculous. As if the assistant needs to know about my life. When will that change?
The patient is not listened to properly and has to keep nagging to get help and in the end it turned out to be a good thing that I kept nagging, let's leave it at that.
Fortunately, I don't go there often, but I always receive friendly, prompt and professional service.
