What a terrible practice; getting in touch with them is very difficult, so if you need help, I wouldn't be able to go there directly. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a callback appointment and appointments aren't being kept, even though things are promised. Very bad practice. I'm going to file a complaint personally as well.
