Was in the news yesterday as there was a stabbing incident at the practice, call to cancel appointment because of not feeling safe at their practice; got attitude from the doctor's assistant "You should come, because we are also here". Lack of empathy towards your client in such a trusted and needed to be safe environment is BAD.
