Front desk ladies are rude, they don't even look at you when they talk to you. They completely dismissed me.

The doctor is nice. The front staff is rude, they also told me my blood work would not have additional cost but I got billed in the mail from the lab work company. So the front staff needs more training on how billing works and to be transparent to the patient about it, as well as customer service skills. Be friendly to patients.
