ER nurses need to stop the chit chat and get to work, been sitting here in the ER for my dad and we have been here since 2:36 and it’s now 6:26. There is literally no one here waiting but oh the nurses and nurse practitioners are over there laughing instead of doing their work and going to check if the results are in.

Lab seemed understaffed because of the long wait. The person who registered me in was concerned at the amount of time I had been waiting. She had to ask them if I had been forgotten. When I finally got seen the process was very quick although the phlebotomist missed my vein and bruised the puncture site. Not a pleasant experience.

I had gone in around the evening, due to pain from my previous surgeries (3) and my staples from my stomach were over bleeding. But the medical staff was amazing even if there was a shift change on the nurses both him and her were amazing …
