We recently moved to this surgery. My husband and I cannot speak highly enough about the care, support and efficiency we have experienced. Thank you the whole team; Doctors, nurses, receptionists and pharmacists - you’re much appreciated.
Tried today to get an appointment but not a great experience at all. Stood for 15 minutes with another lady while the receptionist continued to call out of the surgery and ignored us standing there, thus left out of frustration …
Used to be a brilliant GP Practice. Unfortunately not anymore. I've had a few issues over the last 2 years. Don't waste your time making a complaint either, because you will be told we have no record of that happening.
