Some reception staff are friendly, some are abrupt and dismissive.
I changed to this surgery from my old one, the staff are so friendly, the Dr's are amazing so patient and caring and willing to listen, nurses and physiotherapist are brilliant too highly recommend this surgery if they can help they will.
