Had the unfortunate opportunity of having an appointment with Dr Shaukat recently. He was on the phone to me for 2 minutes and then told me that my appointment time was up. Absolutely absurd from a medical professional who has a duty of care towards their patients. Very disappointed.
Very Annoying to book an appointment. All appointments should be call n book at 8am. U call at 8am and be on hold for a more than a minute. U call back at 8:10am and they said u can’t book an appointment case it is not 8am. Like what should I do ? 😡 …
