I have always had a good experience with reception very helpful and same with drs and nurses I see regularly can't praise them enough thanks for everything you do for my mum husband grandson and myself

Left a mental ill young woman without treatment. Refused to give her apointments to see a doctor to the point she is threatening to take her own life reception staff where rude and just blatantly didn't care.

Have attempted to call serval times with the same problem and no one is interested in helping can barely sleep due to the pain yet been told too low priority case to see a doctor what a joke health care has definitely gone down hill and think it's ridiculous how some people are being treated
