I have been trying to get an appointment for a chest infection for a week now. I filled in the form online as requested a week ago as you cannot speak to anyone on the phone. Still no call back/text/acknowledgement at all. Now the online form isn't available until 8am Thursday according to the NHS App. incredibly frustrating.
My partner phoned 5 weeks ago after having surgery, receptionist said a doctor would call back. No call to date. Absolutely disgraceful obviously they do not care about their patients. Update:::: phoned last week to check if still need help 4months later absolutely disgraceful this surgery needs to be investigated.
