Reception team are very helpful and the nurses too. There's a long wait for a simple blood test.It's such a shame that it's a part time surgery for 3 days a week. It's right on my doorstep but I'm often sent to one of the other surgeries in the group. I have a car but it must be difficult for people who don't have transport.
