Took my mum (age 93) to be seen in the minor injuries unit after she’d tripped in her garden and hurt her wrist. Everyone from the receptionist to the X-ray lady, and especially Claire the nurse, were excellent and completely understood my mum’s lifestyle and needs. What a positive place this is and such nice people!
