When moving to the area, despite the bad reviews I thought I'd give them a chance. Very helpful lady receptionist on the phone. But. They lost my child's blood sample. What shocked me even more when I asked the GP over the phone to look for it, the reply was there was no point and we should come to give a new sample. Goodbye.
