Appointment was originally booked and confirmed for 10:15. We arranged our day, took time off work, and arrived on time. When we got there, we were abruptly told the appointment was actually at 09:30 – something we were never informed of. …
Cosy waiting room. Lovely reception staff and doctor, on time, happy, thorough. Can be difficult to get to “see” a doctor, like the rest of the uk.
Always had a good experience at this gp surgery, always able to get an appointment, great staff very helpful.
