Reception staff are helpful and I’ve genuinely never had a problem getting appointments with a maximum wait of a couple of days. I like that I can submit a consultation via the NHS app; it’s easier to get an appointment this way and you don’t even have to phone them either.
Never seen on time always waiting 30-40mins after appointment was due. Drs never help and just brush it my new drs have sorted me on time and sorted me first time, 7months still never seen the mental health nurse joke of a place
