Absolutely awful practice. Only ever got 2 in person appointments over 3 years and the rest were just short, unhelpful text messages. They did not take me seriously when I said something was wrong and turns out it was severe glandular fever …
I appreciate so far the team has been very helpful. It is not optimal the NHS waiting lists and complex investigations, most I decided to move privately, but that is out of this practice control. Reception, nurse and GP are very polite and have helped my enquiries way more than my previous GP. Thank you.
Excellent surgery. Reception staff always efficient and welcoming. Online appointment system very user friendly and I have never had to wait more than about 10 minutes for a response. Doctors and other medical staff very kind, reassuring and always very thorough.
