I’ve visited the Laurels twice. Service has been excellent both times. Particular shout out to the lady who works on the reception (her name might be Angela?) and Dr Hall
Unfortunately this surgery has gone downhill. Can't get appointments and the staff are rude and clearly don't care about their patients.
I had Covid and my surgery was really helpful
