While the doctors are professional and attentive, the attitude of some administrative staff has been disappointing. The tone of certain interactions has felt hostile and overly defensive, which has left me questioning whether all patients are treated with consistent respect and courtesy.
Absolute show, arrived for my appointment today at Albion Place at 3:34 for my appointment at 3:40. Still not seen by 4:15, 35 minutes waiting and still not seen by the doctor despite my appointment being 3:40!! I can understand 10-15 minutes late but not 35 minutes. Joke
I got there 3 minutes later than my appointment which I understand it’s my fault , there’s no signs or anything to tell you where to go , no one welcoming you in you basically have to figure out yourself where to go as on the website it …
