Very good Dr's, the receptionists are always polite and helpful. The new Dr, Doctor Rose is outstanding, a fantastic personality and very caring person, l hope she stays.
A useless shambles of a surgery. Getting the phone answered is the first problem, when they do EVENTUALLY answer, getting an appointment is the next hurdle, maybe if youre lucky you may get one …
Just had a jobs worth receptionist, who couldn't take a couple of seconds to re-order my mams repeat prescription. Never had this problem there before. The other receptionist have done it in seconds. Can you please be consistent as a practice. Hopefully your policy will follow the helpful receptionists.
