Just would like to say I had a great experience for a change at a doctors practice . I am usually at the highbridge one but went to Burnham love lane today and what a difference ! Lovely receptionist! And the doctor( Atanas) I had was brilliant and actually took time to listen and really helped . Thank you so much team !
I dont tend to do bad reviews unless absolutely necessary, but as someone who has been waiting for over a month for an appointment, having to walk an hour in the morning to be told my doctor isnt there is beyond. I went in person one to one …
Having moved to Burnhan-On-Sea relatively recently, I have found the phlebotomists at Love Lane and Pepperal Road to be good, some excellent. The online system is ok but the the response you get can be brief and contain jargon. At least if you speak to a person you can ask for more detail.
