Really lovely reception staff and nurse taking my husband's blood this morning. He is needle phobic and can faint even after months of chemo. Blood taken first try. Thank you very much for your help and care
Nice enough staff, but nobody warned me I'd need my paperwork to have a blood test after months of going to WSH without needing it. Apparently they can't access my records without it. What kind of medical facility cannot access any records without a piece of paper? Drove all the way here for nothing.
