Finding it’s very hard to stay with the practice. Nice people but totally understaffed. Haven’t seen a doctor F2F since 2019. If you fill in the EConsult, the doctor calls you back but if you miss it, that’s it.
Have only had positive experience from the surgery since joining. Able to get an appointment if needed. Prompt response to on line requests and over the phone. GPs who listen to your concerns. Haven’t had this service from my last previous GPs.
Online form to complete with symptoms. Call back promised within 24hours (which is very efficient) and I was fortunate to receive mine within the hour today. Thorough discussion over the phone of options, potential bigger issues to think …
