Called daily and this morning I waited to reach reception for over an hour as I’m desperate to speak to my GP. Online, there are no available appointments, not even in 16 weeks time. So I held on to speak to reception as I was “first in the queue” and after 1hr 14 mins I was cut off. Livid doesn’t even cover it.
