Have been trying for over a month possibly 2 months to get an appointment! Every time I call nothing! No wonder A&E is overwhelmed when you cant get a doctors appointment! Been in pain for weeks not sleeping at all barely eating and yet, cannot get one single doctors appointment
Booked in to see the Dentist with HUGE pain that my own Dentist had not been able to sort out. One x-ray and a bit of intense picking sorted my agony! Many thanks to the professionals and the reception staff were lovely. All on a Sunday. Good old NHS!
I called 160 times on a Friday just to confirm an appointment, I didn't get through once, I'd have assumed they'd have more than one line taking calls. This area needs improvement. Or at least have an online department or something 🤔 …
