First visit 5 stars !, second visit 1 star, so I’ve given it an average, 18:30 appointment, get there and all lights are off, no one in the car park, sign on the door saying it’s closed until the next day, then I get and email and letter in the post moaning I didn’t attend, what was i supposed to do with no one there ?
