Outstanding surgery and chemist. I did not think efficency was still alive but both places provide both. Receptionists at GP so supportive and considerate. Chemist staff went extra mile for daughters medication (has to have a certain manufacturer) owing to stomach issues and chemist assistant tracked it down.
Can honestly say this is the best GP practice I've ever had. All staff go over and above to help you when you really need it. Really great service from the reception staff right through to the doctors and nurses
Shepley health centre is such a fantastic health centre. The receptionists are so polite and helpful. The clinicians from the health care assistants to the GP’s are all dedicated to helping patients. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.
