Absolutely disgusted brought my baby in as I needed to see a doc urgently. I couldn’t get up to A&E. what would have took them 5 mins just to check him took me over an hour of waiting before they even saw him. Luckily he was ok.

Medical practice doesn't have facilities to store your samples. How poor is that! Except the practice is open till 1.30 pm on Wednesdays, you have to bring your samples till 11 am. It will be my 3rd attempt to return the sample and I will have to take time off work to do so! It's just pathetic 😔 …
